How quickly will you reply to my event enquiry?
We aim to respond within one business day. When you contact us, you hear back from the same person who will be looking after your event, not a call centre.
How do we stay in touch during planning?
You get one point of contact throughout, by phone or email. We check in at each stage, so you always know where things stand and what happens next.
How much detail do you need from me at the start?
A date, a rough guest count, and the type of event are enough to begin. We handle the finer details from there, pulling in trusted London suppliers as needed.
What does your event delivery process look like?
We start with a clear plan, confirm every booking with our suppliers, then manage the day itself so you can host. After the event, we follow up to make sure it all went well.
Can you take on events outside London?
Yes, we regularly coordinate events beyond the city. Tell us your venue location when you get in touch, and we will confirm how we can support you there.
Who actually runs the event on the day?
You deal with the same coordinator from first call to final toast. We are on site, hands-on, making sure the plan you approved is the event you get.
